Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our No. 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
  • You do not receive them within guaranteed times (Maximum 8 weeks / 2 Months plus 3-8 business days order/packaging processing time).
  • You received the wrong item or damaged product because our mistake (not because shipping process).

If you met one of that condition, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@gorowatch.com . Please allow us a few working days to checking your order, answer your problem and assist you (including if we need you to return the item to one of our available warehouses) and processing your refund. In case refund request and we need you to return the item, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Otherwise we cannot processing your request.

Please be note , we do not issue a refund if :

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing wrong address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by force majeur, or change country regulations).
You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period of delivery (Maximum 8 weeks plus 3-8 days processing time) has expired.
